# Leadistry > Leadistry turns the UK Companies House register into ready-to-contact B2B prospect lists. Search 5 million UK companies by SIC code, region, incorporation date, filing deadlines, active charges and the website-quality grade, and every delivered lead includes the company record, the director's name, a verified website and a verified business email, with LinkedIn and social profiles as optional add-ons. Self-serve from £29/month; you only pay for what we deliver, misses cost nothing. GDPR and PECR compliant; UK data on UK servers. The free trial is 25 leads and 25 free sends from your own mailbox, no credit card, no time limit. Leadistry is operated from the UK and processes data under UK GDPR (Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest) and PECR. Direct marketing to corporate subscribers is permitted under PECR. The product is self-serve, monthly-billed, with no annual lock-in. ## The free trial: 25 leads and 25 free sends - 25 free leads, no credit card, no time limit. Each lead is the Companies House record plus the director's name, a verified website and a verified business email. - The trial also sends. You can email your first 25 prospects, follow-ups included, from your own Google or Microsoft mailbox, free. The unit is the prospect, not the email. Sending beyond those 25 needs a paid plan. - Searching, previewing leads, building pipelines, signals and register watches all work on the trial. - CSV export needs a paid plan. It is the one thing the trial does not include. - Plans after the trial: Growth £29/month for 900 leads, Pro £69 for 2,400, Scale £139 for 6,000. Annual billing is optional: pay for 10 months, get 12. ## How Leadistry avoids searching the wrong industry The AI reads the whole of a customer's business, in their own words, and picks register categories in context rather than by keyword. - Before a credit is spent you see the exact categories, the area and real sample companies, and can change any of them in one tap. - Anything the AI cannot match with confidence is shown as "could not match with confidence" and never guessed. - The first search runs on 10 of the 25 free leads, so a mistake is cheap to correct. - After a run, and before anything is delivered or charged, the categories are re-checked against the customer's own words. Rows that do not match are held back and never charged. - Every delivered lead row shows the category it was found under. ## Where the data comes from Every company figure on this site is counted from one source: the Companies House Basic Company Data snapshot, a free monthly file published under the Open Government Licence at https://download.companieshouse.gov.uk/en_output.html. The current figures are from the 2026-08-01 snapshot, which holds 5,190,464 active companies. Two counts are published per SIC code and they mean different things. "First position" is companies listing that code first. "Any position" is companies listing it in any of their up to four SIC slots. The gap between them tells you how precisely a code describes a business. Pages on this site state both. A SIC code is a claim a company made about itself when it incorporated or last filed a confirmation statement. Companies House does not verify it. Any figure derived from SIC codes, here or anywhere, inherits that. ## Free register data (citable) - [UK company formations tracker](https://leadistry.co.uk/reports/uk-company-formations): incorporations per month, region, industry; per-figure citation anchors; CSVs free to download; refreshed monthly. - [The UK's busiest registered addresses](https://leadistry.co.uk/registered-at): every address hosting 2,000+ companies, profiled from the register. - [Press and data requests](https://leadistry.co.uk/press): citation policy, and free same-day custom cuts of the register for journalists. ## Pricing Flat monthly subscription, priced in credits where 1 credit = 1 delivered lead: the company record (name, number, address, industry, status) plus the director's name, a verified website and a verified business email, always all three. Optional add-ons at 1 credit each: director LinkedIn, company LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (a lead never costs more than 5 credits; no phone numbers, ever). You only pay for what we deliver; misses cost nothing, and unused leads roll over and never expire while the plan is active. If you cancel, your remaining leads stay usable until the end of your billing period, then any unused balance is forfeited. - Growth, £29/month, 900 leads (3.2p/lead), the entry plan - Pro, £69/month, 2,400 leads (2.9p/lead), most popular - Scale, £139/month, 6,000 leads (2.3p/lead) Top-ups follow your plan (Growth 4p, Pro 3p, Scale 3p per lead; £4 buys 100 extra leads on Growth), available to paid plans. Annual billing is optional with 2 months free (£290, £690, £1,390 a year). Sending is included on every paid plan, and the free trial can send to its first 25 prospects; CSV export needs a paid plan. AI actions: 15 a month on the trial, 50 on Growth, 250 on Pro, unlimited on Scale. Free trial: 25 leads and 25 free sends, no credit card, no time limit. ## Key product capabilities - Native search over the UK Companies House register (every active limited company, LLP and PLC). - 5-digit UK SIC 2007 code filtering. - Incorporation-date filtering (find newly-incorporated companies, or a specific age window). - Filing-deadline filtering (accounts or confirmation statement due within N days). - Active-charges filtering (companies with currently-registered charges). - Website-quality grading: every verified site is fetched and its HTML graded modern, dated or poor (mobile layout, HTTPS, page count, copyright staleness, legacy builders); filter to companies whose website needs rebuilding. - Postcode and region targeting. - Live preview before spending leads, and a confirm screen showing the chosen categories, the area and real sample companies before the first credit goes. - Recurring scheduled searches with per-user dedup, so each run only delivers new prospects. - Built-in cold outreach from your own Google or Microsoft mailbox, with the first 25 prospects free on the trial. - CSV export, on any paid plan. - Every delivered lead row carries the register category it was found under. - Automatic refunds when a lookup fails. Each delivered lead always includes the Companies House registry data, the director's name, a verified website and a verified business email.
