Replies route themselves
Add a wait-for-reply step and the flow branches: a reply takes the Replied lane and stops the chase, silence takes No reply and follows up. AI reply triage can read the response and split it into interested, not interested and other, so warm leads surface without you reading every inbox.
Preview before you commit
Every send step shows the real email a sample lead will receive, with merge tags filled in and any unresolved tag flagged in amber before it ever goes out. A dry run walks a sample lead through the entire flow and sends nothing, so you activate on evidence, not hope.

Start from a recipe or blank
Pick a ready-made flow (weekly chaser, new-incorporation intro, reply triage) or drag steps onto an empty canvas.
Wire the steps
Drop in data, email, logic and action steps, and connect them. Branch steps automatically create a lane for each outcome.
Set each step up
Click a step to configure it in the inspector: choose the search, pick a template, set a wait, preview the email. A checklist tells you what is left before you can activate.
Activate and watch it run
Turn it on with a safety cap on how many leads enrol. A live run view shows who is in the flow, what was sent, who replied, and anything that needs you.
Common questions
What is the difference between Flows and outreach sequences?
A sequence is a set of emails with delays. A flow is the whole operation: it finds the leads, enriches and verifies them, sends the emails, waits for replies, branches on what each lead does, and can post to your CRM or notify you, all on one canvas. Sequences live inside a flow as the sending steps.
Does anything send while I am building?
No. Nothing sends until you activate a flow, and even then you set a cap on how many leads can enrol. The dry run walks a sample lead through every step and sends zero emails, so you can check the logic and the wording safely first.
Which plan includes Flows?
Flows is included on the Growth plan and up, from £25/month, alongside the outreach engine. Your existing searches and email templates work with it straight away, with nothing to re-import.
Can a flow react to replies automatically?
Yes. A wait-for-reply step branches the flow so repliers and non-repliers follow different paths, and AI reply triage can sort replies into interested, not interested and other, so you follow up on the right ones without reading every message by hand.
Can Flows push leads into my other tools?
Yes. A webhook-out step posts the lead and everything earlier steps added to any URL, so Zapier, Make, n8n or your own CRM can pick it up. You can also add a notify step to ping yourself when a lead reaches a point that matters.
