If your email is with IONOS, GoDaddy, 123 Reg, Hostinger, Zoho, Fasthosts or another host, you connect it with the password for the mailbox. It takes about a minute. The video shows each step, and the same steps are written out below it.

The three steps
Open Mailbox
Sign in to Leadistry and open Mailbox in Settings. Leadistry can see who runs your email, so it asks for your mailbox password rather than sending you to Google or Microsoft.
Connect your mailbox
Type the password you use for the mailbox and press Connect mailbox. We sign in and send one test email to you, which can take up to half a minute. When it says Connected, your emails go out from your own address and replies come back to your own inbox.
Switch your agent back on
Open Agents, press the three dots beside your agent, then Resume. New leads arrive on your Feed, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
If it does not connect
Use the password for the mailbox itself, not your hosting account password if they are different.
If you switched on two-step sign-in for the mailbox, make an app password with your host and paste that instead. In IONOS Webmail it is under Settings, then Security.
A new mailbox sends 5 emails a day and adds 5 for each day it sends, up to the limit you set. That keeps your address out of spam folders.
