Lead generation for UK solicitors and law firms
B2B legal services sell on trigger events: a new incorporation needs setup advice, a growing company needs employment contracts, a property-heavy firm needs lease work. Leadistry filters UK Companies House by the SIC + age signals that match each trigger.
Why Leadistry for this use case
Trigger-event targeting
New incorporations need shareholder agreements + IP assignments. Filter by ‘incorporated last 30 days’ and you have a fresh list of founders who haven't yet locked down their corporate hygiene.
Sector specialisation
Construction lawyer? Filter SIC 41–43. Tech lawyer? SIC 62. Commercial property? SIC 68. The 5-digit SIC granularity on Leadistry mirrors the way law firms naturally specialise.
Director-direct, not info@
Law firm outreach is high-trust. A named partner reaching a named director with a specific legal angle outperforms generic ‘we offer commercial law services’ outreach by a wide margin. Gold-tier leads include both names.
How a search would look
Recommended SIC codes
- 41100, Development of building projects (construction lawyer ICP)
- 62012, Software development (tech / IP lawyer ICP)
- 68320, Real estate management (property lawyer ICP)
- 47910, Retail sale via mail-order or internet (e-commerce lawyer ICP)
Extra filters
- Recently incorporated (corporate hygiene gap)
- Recently changed accounting category (growth → employment law need)
- Excludes solicitors and barristers themselves
What each lead contains
Director + named-personal email + LinkedIn (personal + company) + registered office. Useful both for cold outreach and pre-meeting due diligence on prospect company structure.
Common questions
Can I see a company's directors and PSCs?
Director details (name, role, appointment date, nationality) come straight from Companies House. PSC (Person of Significant Control) is also published by CH, supported as a follow-up enrichment field.
Are these B2B leads safe under SRA outcomes-focused regulation?
Yes, Companies House data is public-record and our enrichment is from publicly-published sources only. Every export carries the source attribution plus the suppression-list reference, which most firms find sufficient for SRA file requirements on lead provenance.
Can I dedup against my conflicts list?
Upload a CSV of company numbers / domains and we'll exclude them from every search. Per-user dedup is also automatic, once Leadistry has shown you a company, you'll never see it again unless you reset.
