Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 May 2026. Effective from publication.
1. About these terms
These terms are between you (the “Customer”) and Cameron Clark trading as Leadistry (“Leadistry”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply alongside our Privacy Notice which explains how we handle personal data.
2. The service
Leadistry is a UK B2B lead-generation tool. It enables you to search for UK incorporated entities by industry, location, and other filters, and to obtain CSV or in-app records containing company name, registered address, director name, and where available a verified business website and business email address.
We do not guarantee that any specific record is complete, accurate, current, or fit for any specific purpose. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating any data before relying on it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individuals or single organisations and must not be shared or resold.
4. Plans, credits, and payment
The service is available on a credit basis. New accounts receive trial credits at signup. Beyond that, credits may be purchased either by subscribing to one of our monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale) or by buying one-off credit packs. Per-lead pricing is 1 credit (Bronze: company-only), 2 credits (Silver: with verified website), or 3 credits (Gold: with verified corporate email).
All amounts are in GBP, payable in advance via Stripe. Credits are valid while your account is active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no credits have been spent. We may decline a refund where we reasonably suspect abuse.
5. Customer obligations under UK PECR
Important. By using the service, you confirm that you understand and accept the following obligations. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”) regulate direct marketing by electronic mail in the United Kingdom. You, not us, are the sender of any marketing communication you send using data obtained through Leadistry. You confirm that:
- You will only send unsolicited marketing email to corporate subscribers under PECR Regulation 22(4): limited companies (including LLPs and PLCs). You will not contact sole traders or English / Welsh / Northern Irish general partnerships without their prior consent.
- You will not contact any individual whose email address is on a freemail domain (such as gmail, outlook, proton, or a UK ISP webmail domain) without their prior consent, even if that individual is associated with an incorporated company.
- You will identify yourself clearly as the sender, provide a valid postal address or other return route, and provide a functional opt-out mechanism in every marketing email.
- You will honour any opt-out request you receive promptly. You will not transfer opt-outs you receive to third parties.
- You will not represent or imply to recipients that the individuals contacted have consented to marketing through Leadistry. They have not.
- You will comply with all other applicable laws including UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 in your processing of any data obtained through the service.
You indemnify Leadistry against all claims, losses, and penalties arising from your breach of this clause, including but not limited to any monetary penalty imposed on Leadistry under PECR or UK GDPR in relation to marketing you sent.
6. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including any communication that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful in the recipient's jurisdiction.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or republish the data we deliver to you in bulk to any third party other than to send marketing from your own organisation. (Internal use within your own organisation is permitted.)
- Attempt to circumvent the rate limits, credit accounting, suppression mechanism, or other access controls of the service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use the service to compile a competing data product.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this clause.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available 24 hours a day but do not guarantee uptime. We may carry out maintenance, deploy updates, and modify features without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account on reasonable notice for any reason; we may suspend or terminate immediately for cause (including breach of these terms). On termination, your access ends and any unused credits are forfeited unless local law requires otherwise.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your account contact address and will take effect 14 days after that notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
