Congratulations on getting Example Joinery registered. The first quarter is usually when the basics get chosen, so I wanted to be early rather than polished.

samplefabrication.exampleopened and checked ✓p.shah@samplefabrication.exampletested, it works ✓the reasonaccounts due date, on the public record

I saw your first accounts are due on 14 September and that you have not filed before. There are two things worth doing now, and both are quick.

demoroofing.exampleopened and checked ✓m.reed@demoroofing.exampletested, it works ✓the reasonour own check, this morning

I had a look at the Example Roofing site this morning. It does not work properly on a phone, which for a trade is most of your enquiries.

02Needs their first accounts filedTheir first year-end is coming and they have never done it before.
03Needs an accountant, and has not picked oneAccounts are due soon and the choice is usually still open.
04Needs their late accounts sorted outThe deadline has passed, and it is costing them every month it stays that way.
05Needs their annual paperwork filedA quick job, due now, and an easy one to be remembered for.
06Needs someone to take over their filingsTheir paperwork is already late, so nobody is minding the admin.
07Needs a better websiteWe opened their site and graded it poor. Most owners already suspect it.

The digging is done before you sit down.

You never open a blank search box. It starts at six, and it is finished before most people have poured a coffee.

Every morning, before you startSTARTS 06:00 · READY BEFORE YOU ARE
06:00We find themThe public register runs about a day behind, so yesterday is the freshest complete day there is. Every company that registered then comes across.
06:05We check themSite opened and matched to the filing, email tested against their own mail server. Whatever fails is dropped right here.
06:30We match them to youWhat you told us you sell, against the new filings and every deadline coming up.
07:00We write the first emailThe opener is drafted from the reason. Usually done by seven, which is before most people sit down.

Will this make me look like a spammer?

No. Here is what happens to one email, start to finish.

  1. 01We test the address firstWe ask their mail server if it is real. Never guessed. If it fails, you never see it and never pay.
  2. 02You decide, or your rule doesRead it, change it, bin it. Or switch autopilot on and skip the daily check altogether.
  3. 03It goes out slowly, in work hoursFrom your own mailbox. Five a day at first, spread out, never in a burst.
  4. 04It knows when to stopThey answer and the rest stops. Nobody is chased twice. Ask to be left alone and you are gone in 24 hours.

Questions

01How many cards will I actually get each morning?+

A handful, not hundreds. It depends on how many companies in your patch did something worth writing about that day, and every one has passed all the checks before it reaches you. If you want a big batch for a specific push, search is still there inside the Feed and you can ask for as many as you like.

02What if my area is quiet that week?+

Some weeks a narrow patch produces very little. That is normal and it does not mean anything is broken. When a search comes back thin you are told what it looked at, why it found little, and the one change that would open it up, usually a wider radius or a second trade. Nothing was charged, and anything held back is straight back in your allowance.

03Does anything send without me seeing it?+

Not unless you switch autopilot on yourself. It is one switch for the account: on, every morning's emails go on their own, and to hold a reason back you switch it off on Agents. Off again in a click. Out of the box you press send on everything. Either way, a reply from a real person stops the rest of the sequence at once.

04What happens to the ones I skip?+

Nothing. They are never contacted, they do not come back tomorrow, and skipping costs you nothing. The only thing that uses your allowance is a lead that arrived complete in the first place.

05What if it gets my market wrong?+

You see the trades it picked, the area it covers and real sample companies before a single lead is used, and you can change any of it in one tap. Anything it cannot match with confidence it says so rather than guessing. After a run, anything that does not match your own words is held back and never charged for.

Tomorrow morning, your first few.
