What it is: Leadistry finds new and changing UK companies on Companies House, each with its website and a real email, writes the first email and sends it from your own mailbox. UK companies only.
Who it is for: Small UK businesses that sell to other UK businesses and still find their own clients, such as accountants, insurance and finance brokers, recruiters, web designers, marketing agencies and founders.
Where it works: Leadistry covers UK companies only. Every lead is a company on the UK Companies House register.
What a lead is: Each lead is a new or changing company from Companies House, with a website and an email we checked.
Prices: Plans start at £29 a month: Growth £29, Pro £69 and Scale £139. Growth gives 900 leads a month, Pro 2,400 and Scale 6,000. Paying for a year up front costs the same as 10 months.
The free trial: The free trial is 25 leads, once (they do not refill), and your first 25 emails from your own mailbox, with no card.
Where the data comes from: Every UK company comes from the Companies House monthly file, and each morning we add the companies registered the day before. Websites and emails come from each company's own website, which we open and match to its filing. We use search engines to find that website. Nothing is bought from data brokers, and no email address is guessed.
Sending: The emails go from your own mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox), starting at 5 a day while it warms up. Nothing is sent until you approve it, or switch on Autopilot.

What we publish

The UK company formations tracker carries monthly incorporation counts for the last 24 months, split by region, industry section and post town, refreshed with every monthly public record snapshot, with the method stated in full and CSVs free to download. As of the 2026-08-01 snapshot: 5,190,464 active UK companies, 776,540 incorporated in the last 12 months. The SIC code library holds per-industry counts and the city pages per-place counts.

Use it

Citation policy

Everything on the tracker and the CSVs is free to quote, chart and republish, including commercially, with one condition: credit "Leadistry" with a link to the tracker page. The underlying public record data is Crown copyright, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0, and our derived tables carry the same licence. Every figure on the tracker has its own anchor link, so you can cite one number precisely.

Leadistry finds UK business leads directly from the Companies House public record. You describe who you sell to in a short conversation, in your own words, and the AI sets up what to watch for: there are no filters or search syntax to learn. Every lead arrives complete, with the registered company record, the director's name when it is on the public record, a working website and a business email on a domain confirmed to accept mail. One lead is one lead: anything else we find, such as a LinkedIn profile or their socials, comes with it at no extra cost. If we cannot complete a lead, you never see it and you are not charged for it, and if a first email bounces, the lead is credited back.

Agents keep watching the public record for you. Each morning we add the companies registered at Companies House the day before, and the rest of the record is refreshed from the Companies House monthly file. Every lead comes with a dated reason to get in touch, such as accounts coming due. A company registered this month rarely has a website or a working email yet, so we hold it back until it can actually be reached.

Each lead is written individually, inside your own template with your logo, pictures, video and links: the opening line is about that company and the specific reason it turned up, so no two emails are the same, and your own words carry the offer. Everything waits for you to approve it, unless you switch Autopilot on, in which case your agents' cards go out on their own in your sending hours. Sending starts at five a day from your own mailbox and warms up slowly, and a reply lands in your own inbox, stops the follow-ups and shows on your Desk.

Company data comes from Companies House under the Open Government Licence. Websites and emails are found on each company's own site and checked against the filing, field by field, so every claim traces to a source.
