Talk to Leadistry.

Questions about plans, help with a search or campaign, or a partnership idea: send a message and we respond within one working day, usually much sooner.

What to includeFor support, tell us the email on your account and roughly when the problem happened, so we can find the right logs first time. If a search or export misbehaved, the search name or the rough time you ran it is enough for us to trace it. For sales questions, a sentence on who you sell to (industry, region, company size) helps us give a useful answer about audience sizes and the right plan rather than a generic one. For partnership or press enquiries, a line on what you have in mind and a link to your site is plenty for a first message.
Data protection requestsRemoval and opt-out requests have dedicated self-service forms that are faster than messaging us: remove a company, remove your personal data or opt out as a director, each processed within 24 hours. Formal complaints go through the data-protection complaints route.
Response timesSupport and sales messages get a reply within one working day, usually much sooner. Formal data-protection complaints follow their own tracked process: acknowledged in writing with a reference within 72 hours, investigated with any immediate remedy applied straight away, and answered with the outcome normally within 30 days.
Common questions, already answeredBefore you write, the answer may already be on the site: the FAQ covers pricing, refunds and how the lead allowance works, methodology explains how we verify data, and data sources sets out exactly where every record comes from.
