01What counts as intent here?+

A dated fact that changes what a company needs. Eight run today: registered in the last 12 months, first year-end coming, accounts due, accounts overdue, confirmation statement due, confirmation statement overdue, and changed its name, all from the public record, plus website graded poor, from our own check of their site.

02How quickly does new intent appear?+

New companies are read every morning, but each is held back until it has a website and an email we can check, which usually takes months. Deadlines and name changes come from Companies House's monthly file, so they can be up to a month behind, and every date is checked with Companies House before it reaches you.

03Is this the same as intent data?+

No. Intent data guesses from browsing. Ours comes from filings, so each reason is a fact with a date.

04Are these warm leads?+

No. Nobody has asked to hear from you. This is cold email where you know why you are writing, and the reason is public and dated.

05Which intents suit an accountant?+
