By using Leadistry, you agree not to misuse the platform, any data made available through it, or any connected services.
Permitted Use
You may use Leadistry for:
- lawful business research
- identifying businesses and relevant business contact routes
- internal prospecting and market analysis
- lawful B2B outreach carried out in compliance with applicable law
Prohibited Use
You must not use Leadistry to:
- send unlawful or non-compliant marketing communications
- contact sole traders or individual subscribers in breach of PECR
- process personal data unfairly, unlawfully, or without an appropriate lawful basis
- ignore objections, opt-outs, unsubscribes, or suppression requirements
- build or maintain hidden marketing lists in a way that circumvents legal rights
- profile people in ways that are intrusive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful
- target vulnerable individuals or use data for harassment or intimidation
- scrape or harvest Leadistry at scale outside the intended product functionality
- resell or expose Leadistry output as a raw database, API, directory, or competing service
- interfere with platform security, rate limits, login systems, billing logic, or credit controls
- use automated scripts, bots, or headless tools in a way that degrades the service or bypasses intended platform use
- attempt to identify suppressed or removed individuals
- combine Leadistry data with unlawfully obtained data
Compliance Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Leadistry complies with all applicable law, including UK GDPR, PECR, and sector-specific rules where relevant.
You must ensure that you:
- assess whether the target is a company, sole trader, partnership, or identifiable individual
- provide notices or disclosures where required
- honour objections and opt-outs
- maintain your own compliance processes for outreach
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, suppress records, or take other protective action where we believe this policy has been breached.
