Accessibility at Leadistry
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
What we aim for
We want everyone to be able to use leadistry.co.uk and the Leadistry app, whether they use a keyboard, a screen reader, a phone, or text made larger. The standard we aim for is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA (WCAG 2.2 AA).
We do not claim to meet it today. The list below is what we know falls short.
How we checked
On 13 October 2026 we ran an automated check (axe-core, its WCAG 2.2 AA rules) on 9 pages, each at a desktop width and a phone width:
- The home page (/)
- Pricing (/pricing)
- The Feed, a product page (/product/feed)
- The page for accountants (/for/accountants)
- Compare (/compare)
- Questions and answers (/faq)
- Sign up (/signup)
- Log in (/login)
- This page (/accessibility)
An automated check finds only some kinds of problem. Nobody has yet tested these pages with a screen reader, and the pages inside the app, after you log in, have not been checked this way. So there will be problems that are not on this page.
What does not meet it yet
The check found these on the pages above, and they are not fixed:
- Small print in a very pale grey. Some small labels and notes are a light grey on white, about 2.3 to 1, where small text needs 4.5 to 1. They are the numbers and the two small notes in the reasons section of the page for accountants, the line under the last button on Pricing, the small labels and the count on Compare, and the day labels in a picture on The Feed.
- Small words inside the drawn pictures of the app. On The Feed, the pictures of the app are drawn with real words, and a few are too small or too pale to read, such as Set up, Live and Running.
- Pages we have not checked. The check covered the pages listed above. The app after you log in, the help centre, the blog and the rest of the site have not been checked this way.
What we fixed on 13 October 2026
- The grey used for small print across the site was too pale, about 3.3 to 1. It is now 5.2 to 1 on white.
- The small grey text in the footer of every page was too dim on its dark ground. It is now 4.9 to 1.
- Links inside a sentence on Sign up, on the page for accountants and on our legal pages were told apart by colour alone. They are now underlined.
- The row of dots under the reasons on the home page had targets 7 pixels wide. Each is now 24 pixels.
- The plan cards on Pricing and the film's button on the home page had names that did not match the words on them. They are now named by those words.
- The table that compares the plans could not be reached with a keyboard on a phone. It can now.
After those fixes the automated check finds nothing on 5 of the pages: the home page, Questions and answers, Sign up, Log in and this page. That means only that its rules found nothing. It is not a claim that those pages meet the standard.
Tell us about a problem
