01Do you send the emails?+
Yes. Leadistry writes each email and sends it from your own mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox you connect), so replies come straight back to you. A new mailbox sends 5 emails on its first day, then 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 a day as it warms up. You approve each email on the Feed, or switch on Autopilot and they go on their own in your sending hours.
02Do unused leads expire?+
No. Unused ones roll into next month while you are subscribed. If you cancel, nothing is deleted: you can go on using the leads you have left until they run out, and you need a plan to add more.
03What if the details are wrong?+
An unfinished lead is never sent to you, so there is nothing to charge. If a first email bounces, the lead is credited back automatically. Every record is re-checked on the first of the month.
04Is there a minimum?+
No seats, no minimum, no contract length. One person on £29 is a normal customer.
05How do I cancel?+
One button in the app. No notice, nobody to speak to first, no email to write.
06Do I have to book a demo?+
No. The price is on this page and you can start without speaking to anyone.
07Who owns the data?+
