Questions

01Will my email land in the Promotions tab?+

It can. Letter, the plain default, is more likely to reach the main inbox, while a logo, more than one picture, a button, or the Designed and Announcement looks make Promotions more likely. We do not quote an inbox rate.

02Can I put a video in a cold email?+

Yes. Paste a link or upload a file up to 100 MB. The email shows a picture with a play button, and a click opens a page with your name on it.

03Does the AI write every word?+

Only where you want it to. The first line is always written for each company, and every other section is AI writes it or My exact words.

04How do the follow-ups work?+

Two follow-ups, on day 4 and day 9 by default, each written for that company. They stop when the company replies.

05Can different agents send different emails?+

Yes. Give an agent its own version of the email. Any agent without one uses your main email.

06How do I see it before it goes out?+

Press Send me a test and it arrives in your own inbox. The Feed also shows every email exactly as it will be sent.
