For UK company directors

Opt out of the Leadistry database.

If you are a UK director listed on Companies House and do not want your details in a commercial B2B database, opt out here. Requests are processed within 24 hours and the suppression is permanent.

Who this is forCompany officers and directors whose details appear on the public Companies House register. Opting out removes your details from Leadistry and stops them from being re-added in future. It does not change the public register itself, which is operated by Companies House, not us.
How the suppression worksYour details go onto a permanent director suppression list applied at the database level. We retain company records only while a company remains active on the public register and re-verify them from source monthly, but a suppression outlives all of that: once you have opted out, you stay opted out, even if the underlying record is later re-imported from Companies House.
What happens after you submitYour request is processed within 24 hours. Your details are removed, the suppression is applied across the whole platform, and customers stop seeing them in searches, exports and outreach. There is no account to create, nothing to verify and no charge; if we cannot match your details to a record we will email you to check rather than silently close the request.
What opting out does not doIt removes you from Leadistry only. The Companies House register itself stays public, because it is a statutory register operated by Companies House, and other data providers hold their own copies of it that we have no control over. If you want your residential address protected at source, Companies House offers its own process for using a service address; that is separate from anything Leadistry does. Opting out here also never affects any Leadistry account you might hold or any other request you make to us.
Other optionsTo remove one company's record instead, use the company removal form. To remove specific personal details without a full opt-out, use the data removal form. Our privacy notice explains the legal basis for processing and all of your rights, including raising a formal complaint with us or complaining to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

The form loads in a moment. If it does not appear, email hello@leadistry.co.uk and we will process your request by hand.
