Remove your data from Leadistry.
If your name or business contact details appear in a Leadistry record and you want them removed, this form does it. We process every request within 24 hours and apply suppression at the database level so it cannot be bypassed.
What Leadistry holdsLeadistry records are built from the public Companies House register, public company websites and public professional profiles. A record can include a company's registered details and the business contact details of its officers, for example a name, role and work email found on the company's own website. We do not buy marketing lists or personal data from data brokers.
What removal doesYour details are deleted from our records and added to a permanent suppression list. Suppression is honoured permanently: once you have opted out, you stay opted out, even if the record is later re-imported from Companies House. Customers stop seeing the suppressed details in searches, exports and outreach within seconds of processing.
How to make a requestThe form asks for just enough to identify the record: who you are and which details you want removed. You do not need an account, you do not need to prove why, and there is no charge. Requests are processed within 24 hours; if anything about the request is unclear we will email you rather than leave it unactioned. You can also make any of these requests by email to hello@leadistry.co.uk if you prefer not to use a form.
Related routesTo remove a whole company rather than an individual, use the company removal form. UK directors who want out of the database entirely can use the director opt-out. If something has gone wrong, you can raise a formal data-protection complaint, and you always have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. The privacy notice sets out the legal basis for our processing and every right you have over your data.
The form loads in a moment. If it does not appear, email hello@leadistry.co.uk and we will process your request by hand.
