What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use the site. Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage serve comparable purposes.

How Leadistry uses cookies

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity for behavioural analytics. Clarity uses cookies to collect data including pages visited, clicks, scrolls, and session recordings. This data helps us improve the design, usability, and performance of Leadistry. Clarity data is processed by Microsoft and is subject to the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Microsoft Clarity is a non-essential analytics tool and is only loaded after consent has been provided for analytics and behavioural cookies.

PostHog and Google Analytics

We use PostHog (US Cloud) for product analytics: which features are used and where people get stuck. PostHog autocaptures clicks and, on these public marketing pages, records the visit as a replayable session with every form field masked. It does not record inside the signed-in product. We use Google Analytics 4 for page-view and traffic measurement with IP anonymisation. These tools are pseudonymous rather than anonymous: they do not carry your name, but a session is still tied to a device identifier. PostHog data is subject to the PostHog Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data to the Google Privacy Policy.

Like Clarity, both are non-essential and only load after you accept analytics cookies. If you reject, neither script is even downloaded.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for the site to function. They cannot be disabled. These include the authentication token that keeps you signed in and your cookie consent preference, which remembers whether you have accepted or declined non-essential cookies.

Your choices

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time using our cookie banner. To reopen your choice later, click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page: the panel comes back with your current setting loaded. If you decline analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog and Google Analytics are not loaded at all; if you had previously accepted, declining also stops them in the page you are on and deletes the cookies they set, rather than waiting for your next visit. Essential cookies remain active regardless of your preference, as they are necessary for the platform to work.

Our cookie controls must make rejecting non-essential cookies as easy as accepting them.

Browser settings

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core features of the platform.

Leadistry finds UK business leads directly from the Companies House public record. You describe who you sell to in a short conversation, in your own words, and the AI sets up what to watch for: there are no filters or search syntax to learn. Every lead arrives complete, with the registered company record, the director's name when it is on the public record, a working website and a business email on a domain confirmed to accept mail. One lead is one lead: anything else we find, such as a LinkedIn profile or their socials, comes with it at no extra cost. If we cannot complete a lead, you never see it and you are not charged for it, and if a first email bounces, the lead is credited back.

Agents keep watching the public record for you. Each morning we add the companies registered at Companies House the day before, and the rest of the record is refreshed from the Companies House monthly file. Every lead comes with a dated reason to get in touch, such as accounts coming due. A company registered this month rarely has a website or a working email yet, so we hold it back until it can actually be reached.

Each lead is written individually, inside your own template with your logo, pictures, video and links: the opening line is about that company and the specific reason it turned up, so no two emails are the same, and your own words carry the offer. Everything waits for you to approve it, unless you switch Autopilot on, in which case your agents' cards go out on their own in your sending hours. Sending starts at five a day from your own mailbox and warms up slowly, and a reply lands in your own inbox, stops the follow-ups and shows on your Desk.

Company data comes from Companies House under the Open Government Licence. Websites and emails are found on each company's own site and checked against the filing, field by field, so every claim traces to a source. Nothing is bought from brokers, and no email address is guessed from a pattern. Leadistry covers UK companies only. Plans start at £29 a month: Growth £29, Pro £69 and Scale £139. The free trial is 25 leads, once (they do not refill), and your first 25 emails from your own mailbox, with no card. Any company or person can ask to be removed at any time.
