Accuracy

Four things checked before you see it.

What we check before a lead reaches you, and what happens when a check fails.

1
The company is still trading

Checked on the public record the day we send it to you.

2
The website is theirs

We open the site and match it to the company's filing.

3
The email's domain takes mail

The company published the address, and its domain runs a working mail server.

4
Nothing is missing

If any check fails, the lead is held back and you pay nothing.

How each check works, in full

Still trading: companies that have shut down never reach your list, and never count against your allowance.

The website: guessing a website from a company's name is often wrong. We open the site and check it against the filing, so you do not spend five minutes researching each lead.

The email: every address was published by the company, and we confirm its domain runs a working mail server before it reaches you. That does not prove the mailbox itself is live, which nobody can without sending to it. It does remove the dead domains that cause most bounces, and bounces are what harm a sender's reputation. If a first email still bounces, the lead is credited back to you automatically, once.

Held back: a lead that fails any check is never shown to you and never charged, so there is nothing to claim back.

Watch one get held back.

Three companies go in. The one that fails costs you nothing.

Asked about accuracy.

What does verified actually mean here?

We opened the website and matched it to the company's filing. The email has a valid form and a domain that accepts mail. Nothing is guessed from a pattern or bought from a broker.

What happens when a check fails?

The lead is held back. You never see it and it never counts toward your allowance. If a lead does reach you and your first email to it bounces, it is credited back automatically, once.

How often is everything re-checked?

On the 1st of every month, everything you have been sent is re-read against the public record and the company's own site. Anything no longer true is corrected or dropped.

Test it on your own patch.
