Questions

01Which mailboxes can I connect?+

Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Outlook), each with one sign-in. Some work accounts need their IT admin to allow it first. Emails go from your own address, so replies come straight back to you.

02What can Leadistry see in my inbox?+

We ask to send emails as you and to read your new mail so we can find the replies to those emails, and any that bounced. Anything else is ignored and never kept.

03How does the warm-up work?+

A new mailbox sends 5 emails a day, then 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30. It only moves up after a day it actually sent, and it cannot be switched off.

04Can I choose when emails go?+

Yes. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time by default, and the most a day from 5 to 50. Above 30 it warns you.

05Do I need to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?+

If you send from your own domain, yes, and the domain check shows each one with the steps to fix it. A personal Gmail address needs nothing.

06Can this get my domain marked as spam?+

Any mailbox that sends badly can be, and no tool can promise otherwise. The warm-up, your sending hours, the domain check and follow-ups that stop on a reply are built in to help.
