How does pricing work?

You buy a monthly allowance of leads. One credit is one lead: the company record, the director's name, a verified website and a verified business email. Add director LinkedIn, company LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram for 1 credit each, up to 5 credits a lead. You only pay for what we deliver; misses cost nothing. Growth is £29 a month for 900 leads, Pro £69 for 2,400, Scale £139 for 6,000. You see an honest estimate before any search runs.

Can I get a refund if a search fails?

Automatically. We charge per delivered lead, not per search. If a search fails partway, the unspent reservation returns to your balance the same minute the job marks failed, no support ticket needed.

Is Leadistry GDPR and PECR compliant?

Yes. We process under Legitimate Interest (we follow the ICO's three-part LIA test, internally documented), honour data-removal requests at the SQL level within 24 hours, and keep both a director-suppression list and a company-suppression list. There's a public removal form at /remove-company so anyone can remove their company without signing up. Direct marketing to corporate subscribers is permitted under PECR without prior consent.

What data can I get for each UK company?

Every lead comes with the Companies House basics (company name, number, SIC codes, registered address, incorporation date, officers), the director's name, a verified website and a verified business email. On top of that you can add up to four extras for 1 credit each: director LinkedIn, company LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. We never sell phone numbers.

Where does the data come from?

Company information comes directly from the official Companies House register. Contact details are discovered from publicly published sources (company websites, public LinkedIn profiles). We never buy datasets.

How does the monthly lead allowance work?

Leadistry is a rolling monthly subscription. Each plan gives you a fresh credit allowance at the start of every billing cycle, and unused credits roll over and never expire while your subscription is active. If you need more in a given month, you can buy top-up leads at your plan's per-lead rate: 4p on Growth, 3p on Pro and Scale, so upgrading makes extra leads cheaper too. On Growth, £4 buys 100 extra leads. If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the cycle end and you can use any remaining credits in that window.

What industries and locations can I target?

Any SIC code (all ~730 of them), UK region or postcode area, company type (Ltd, LLP, PLC, etc.), status (active, dormant, dissolved), and incorporation date range. You can also filter for niche signals like 'website graded poor' or 'confirmation statement due in next 60 days'.

Can I automate my lead generation?

Yes. Tell the AI who you sell to, and two minutes later a pipeline is running: search, signals, browser sources and email steps on one canvas. A signal watch checks the register every day and feeds new matches in. On a very large pool, a recurring schedule spreads your credit spend over time instead of all at once. Drafts only. Nothing sends until you say so.

What are Pipelines and how do they work?

A Pipeline is your whole lead journey on one canvas, and you can build one on the free trial. Three source boxes feed it: Search, Signals and the Browser extension, plus manual paste. Leads flow through enrich and verify steps into email steps that send from your own mailbox. Say what you want in plain English, for example 'email new construction firms and chase after 3 days', and the AI drafts the whole thing. Or build it by hand. Nothing sends until you turn it on, a reply stops that lead's sequence at once, and mailbox warm-up limits always apply. A pipeline can also send leads out to Zapier or any webhook and wait for the answer before carrying on.

How does mailbox warm-up work, and can I change it?

New mailboxes start gently and automatically: 5 emails on day one, then 5 more per active sending day, up to your daily cap (default 30, adjustable). Raising the cap never bypasses warm-up, the ramp always applies underneath it. You can also set your sending hours and pause a mailbox any time. Our advice: connect your mailbox at least a week before a big send, keep the default ramp, and let replies build up. Providers trust a mailbox that earns replies gently.

How do you keep my emails deliverable?

Several layers. Every address is verified before sending; suppression and do-not-contact lists are checked at enrolment and again at send time; sends go from your own mailbox (Google or Microsoft) inside your sending hours with warm-up pacing; every email carries a one-click unsubscribe; and a reply or unsubscribe stops that lead's sequence immediately. Opens and clicks are tracked with bot filtering, so your analytics reflect real humans rather than security scanners.

Can Leadistry talk to my other tools?

Yes. Every plan can push leads and replies out over signed webhook, Zapier or Slack. Pipelines go further: a pipeline can post a lead to Zapier, pause, and carry on when your Zap calls back, with whatever data it returned attached to the lead for later steps. You can also send leads in from outside, via POST /api/v1/leads or a pipeline's private inbound webhook URL.

How are leads sorted and delivered?

Every lead arrives with a verified website and email; a company we cannot verify those for never ships and never charges. Within a delivery, leads carrying every requested add-on (LinkedIn, socials) appear first, then leads with one add-on missing, then two, and so on.

What happens to my lead data?

Your leads are saved as named datasets in your account. Return anytime to browse, search and filter them, and to export as CSV on any paid plan. Your data is private, we never share datasets between users, and we don't resell your search results.

Can I actually send emails on the free trial?

Yes. A trial account can email its first 25 prospects, follow-ups included, from your own Google or Microsoft mailbox, free and with no card. The unit is the prospect, not the email, so chasing someone already inside the allowance costs nothing extra. Sending to prospect 26 onwards needs a paid plan, from £29 a month. Searching, previewing leads, building pipelines, signals and register watches all work on the trial too. CSV export is the one thing that needs a paid plan.

What happens if the AI picks the wrong industry for my business?

You see the categories before any credit is spent, and you can change them in one tap. The AI reads your whole business in your own words and picks register categories in context, then shows you the exact categories, the area and real sample companies to confirm. Anything it cannot match with confidence is shown as "could not match with confidence" rather than guessed at, and your first search runs on 10 of your 25 free leads, so a mistake is cheap. After a run, and before anything is delivered or charged, the categories are checked again against your own description: rows that do not match are held back and never charged. Every lead row shows the category it was found under.
