How do I use the Leadistry Chrome extension?

Open Apps in the app and press Add to Chrome, then add it from the Chrome Web Store. Connect it to your Leadistry account once on our site. From then on, on a UK company's own website, it shows the company behind the site: its name, company number, status, town, when it registered, and whether we hold its website and email.

Saving a company

Press save and the company goes on From your browser and on Leads, and you see its email address. Saving never uses a lead, on the free trial or any plan, and there is no limit. If we have not checked the company yet, we look up its website and email once you save it.

Writing to a company you saved

On From your browser, press Write to them. The company goes on your Feed with an email written from your pitch, for you to approve, and it goes from your own mailbox in your sending hours. This never uses a lead either.

What it never does

It never shows a director or a phone number, never reads your LinkedIn or any social site through your login, and never sends us the page itself: only the site's address, its title and the company details on it.

Leadistry finds UK business leads directly from the Companies House public record. You describe who you sell to in a short conversation, in your own words, and the AI sets up what to watch for: there are no filters or search syntax to learn. Every lead arrives complete, with the registered company record, the director's name when it is on the public record, a working website and a business email on a domain confirmed to accept mail. One lead is one lead: anything else we find, such as a LinkedIn profile or their socials, comes with it at no extra cost. If we cannot complete a lead, you never see it and you are not charged for it, and if a first email bounces, the lead is credited back.

A search can run once, or agents can keep watching the public record for you. Upcoming accounts deadlines and other filing signals arrive in your morning feed on the day they reach the record. New incorporations are the exception: a company registered this month rarely has a website or a working email yet, so we hold those back until it can actually be reached.

Each lead is written individually, inside your own template with your logo, pictures, video and links: the opening line is about that company and the specific reason it turned up, so no two emails are the same, and your own words carry the offer. Everything waits for you to approve it, unless you switch Autopilot on, in which case your agents' cards go out on their own in your sending hours. Sending starts at five a day from your own mailbox and warms up slowly, and a reply lands in your own inbox, stops the follow-ups and shows on your Desk.

Company data comes from Companies House under the Open Government Licence. Websites and emails are found on each company's own site and checked against the filing, field by field, so every claim traces to a source. Nothing is bought from brokers, and no email address is guessed from a pattern. Plans start at £29 a month for 900 leads, the free trial includes 25 leads and 25 emails you can send from your own mailbox with no card, and any company or person can ask to be removed at any time.
