What happens after I remove my company from Leadistry?

As soon as the form is sent:

• the company goes on our permanent removal list;
• any contact details we stored for it are deleted;
• it is flagged so it is never added again when we refresh our data from Companies House;
• customers stop seeing it in any search or download within seconds;
• it is taken off every customer's lists, and emails to it that have not been sent yet are cancelled.

Emails to the company

Once the company is removed, its email address stops getting emails from anyone using Leadistry. Our terms also bind every customer to the removal.

What it does not do

It does not change the Companies House register, which is public and run by Companies House, not us. It does not affect other data providers, who hold their own copies of the register.

It removes the company, not you. If you are a director of other companies and want your own name taken out everywhere, use the data removal form as well.
