Leadistry vs NewcoSignal
NewcoSignal, formerly NewcoHunter, watches Companies House and emails you new UK companies that match your searches, with their registered address and directors. Its free plan sends the top 5 new matches a day, and Pro at £39 a month plus VAT sends every match, up to 625 a week. It is best for accountants and others who want companies incorporated in the last 7 days. Leadistry finds UK companies once they have a website and email we can check, writes the first email and sends it from your own mailbox.

The honest verdict · no fake winnerWhen NewcoSignal is the better choice
Pick NewcoSignal if you want to hear about new companies within days of registering and are happy to find their contact details yourself. Its free plan keeps going with no card, it also flags established companies that are growing, changing or struggling, and a one-off list costs 10p a company. For a letter to a new director in their first week, NewcoSignal has the data and Leadistry does not.
When Leadistry is the better choice
Pick Leadistry if you want to email new companies without researching each one. We wait until a new company has a website and an email we can check, which usually takes months, so every lead can be written to. The AI writes the first email using the company's dated reason, and it goes from your own mailbox. If speed after registration matters more to you than a checked email, NewcoSignal is quicker.
What Leadistry does that NewcoSignal does not.
From their own pages- Gives every lead a website we opened and an email we checked. NewcoSignal gives the registered address and directors, and a website or email only where it can check one.
- Writes the first email and sends it from your own mailbox. NewcoSignal's plans list digests, exports and integrations, not sending.
- Adds no VAT to its price. NewcoSignal's prices are plus VAT.
Frequently asked questions.
QuestionsIs NewcoSignal the same as NewcoHunter?
Yes. NewcoHunter is now called NewcoSignal: newcohunter.co.uk goes to newcosignal.co.uk, and its own site says it was formerly NewcoHunter (checked 7 October 2026).
Is Leadistry cheaper than NewcoSignal?
On the paid plans, yes. Leadistry is £29 a month, or £290 a year, with no VAT added. NewcoSignal Pro is £39 a month plus VAT, or £348 a year plus VAT (newcosignal.co.uk/pricing, 7 October 2026). NewcoSignal also has a free plan that keeps going, which Leadistry does not: our free trial is 25 leads, once. And they count differently: NewcoSignal Pro sends every new match up to 625 a week, and Leadistry's plan is 900 leads a month, each with a checked website and email.
Does Leadistry send the emails?
Yes. The AI writes the first email to each company, using its dated reason, and it goes from your own Gmail, Outlook or other mailbox, starting at 5 a day while the mailbox warms up. You approve each email, or switch on Autopilot. NewcoSignal sends you alerts and exports, and the outreach is yours to do.
Why are Leadistry's new companies older than 7 days?
Because a company in its first few days rarely has a website or email yet. NewcoSignal says the same on its pricing page. We hold each new company back until we have found and checked both, which usually takes months rather than days, and we never charge for one we cannot finish. So our new companies were registered in the last 12 months, not the last 7 days.
