How do I contact Leadistry?
Email hello@leadistry.co.uk, or use the contact form on our website. If you are signed in, open Help in the app and use Send to the team: your message carries your account details, and our reply also shows there under Your messages.
When you hear back
A person reads every message and replies by email within one working day, usually sooner. We work in writing only, so there is no phone line.
What to include
Tell us the email on your account and roughly when the problem happened, so we can find it first time.
Ideas for the product
To suggest a feature, use Your ideas in the app. Write it in your own words and we answer you there.
