Can different agents send different emails?

Yes. On the Template, press New version, give it a name and tick the agents that should use it. It starts as a copy of your main email, and you change its words for those agents.

Any agent without a version uses your main email, and so do agents you make later.

What a version can change

A version has its own words, rules, subject and pictures. Your sign-off and footer stay the same on every version. Tick Use a different look for this version to give it its own logo, colours, look and video.

Changing or deleting a version

Open the version and press Rename or change who it is for. If you delete a version, its emails go back to your main email.
