How often is the data checked again?

New companies are added every morning. The public register runs about a day behind, so at 06:00 each day we pull every company registered the day before. A new company reaches you once its website and email check out, which is usually months after it registers.

Every website we hold with an email is read again once a month. Any lead we have not read in the last 30 days is read again before it is charged to you.

What a monthly read changes

• If the company's email on its own domain has changed, the new one replaces the old one.
• If the site cannot be reached on two monthly reads in a row, the company leaves the leads we deliver and is searched for again.
• If the company has left the Companies House register, its personal details are cleared.
