How do I remove my company from Leadistry?

Go to leadistry.co.uk/remove-company, enter the company's Companies House number and press the button. No account is needed, and you do not have to prove a connection to the company, because removal only ever reduces the data we hold.

The company is removed as soon as the form is sent, and customers stop seeing it in any search or download within seconds. The removal is permanent.

Finding the Companies House number

It is on the company's certificate of incorporation and on its public page at Companies House. It is 8 characters, usually all digits. Scottish and Northern Irish companies start with SC or NI.

Good to know

• The form takes one company at a time. To remove several, send it once for each.
• Your email address and a reason are optional. An email you give is only used if we need to follow up, and is never added to a marketing list.
• You will not get a confirmation email. The company disappearing from Leadistry is the confirmation. For a written confirmation, email hello@leadistry.co.uk.
• We log the company number, any email you give, your IP address and the time, as an audit trail.
