What is the Template?

The Template is the page where you set up the email every company gets. You set it up once, and each email on your Feed is written from it for that company.

Beside the panels you see the email as it will be sent, written to an example company, with arrows to see it written for the next one. Anything in the lilac box is written by the AI for each company.

What you can change on the Template

Each part has its own panel:

• Words: the subject, the opening line and each section of your email
• The look: Letter, Designed, Announcement or a look you saved, with your colour
• Your logo, which can be copied from your website
• Up to 3 pictures, and a video
• Your sign-off and your links
• The footer with your company details
• Your two follow-ups

Build it by talking

You can also tell the assistant about your business, or what you want changed, and it makes the change on the Template for you. Changes to the design are free and can be undone.

What happens to emails already waiting

Emails waiting on your Feed take the change. Emails you have approved that have not gone yet are drawn again with the change before they go. Emails already sent keep their words.
