What uses a lead, and how many do I have left?

One company on your Feed is one lead. A company only reaches your Feed, and only uses a lead, once it has a website we checked and a business email on a domain we checked accepts mail. If we cannot finish a company, it is not charged. Your leads left show at the foot of the sidebar.

What uses leads

The lead is used when the company reaches your Feed, whether or not you email it.

• Bring leads now: 1 lead for each extra lead today
• Find more now and other searches: the price shows before anything is spent

What never uses a lead

These are free on every plan, the free trial included.

• Asking the assistant questions
• Saving a company with the Chrome extension, and Write to them from it
• The socials and other extras that come with a lead
• A company we could not finish

Leads back

If your first email to a lead bounces, the lead is credited back automatically, once. A lead that the assistant's check finds was not what your agent was set to find can be given back.

Running out

Unused leads roll over while your plan is active. When you run out, your agents keep looking and new companies wait until you top up on Plan.
