Trade codes and area: search like a builder
Builders think in patches and trades, not in marketing segments. The search should work the same way. Two settings, set once, and then you are done.
- 01
Your patch is one area
The town or city you will actually drive to, or the region around it. That is the whole geography setting.
- 02
Their trade is a code
Developers, groundworks, house-builders. Each is a SIC code on the public record. Pick the ones whose work feeds yours.
- 03
New firms need subbies first
A developer formed last month is building its subcontractor list right now. Arrive before the tender and you price without competition.
