Dedupe rules that stop the same company twice
Nothing burns a client relationship faster than delivering the same company twice. Dedupe has to be a rule in the pipeline, not a Friday check.

Dedupe against deliveries
Every delivered batch is remembered per client. A company delivered in March cannot reappear in July, even if it re-qualifies.

Dedupe across briefs
Two briefs for the same client can overlap. Cross-brief rules stop one company arriving through both doors.

We match on what holds still
Matching runs on postcode and director names, the fields that do not change when a trading name does.
