How do I add a picture or a video to my email?

Open the Template. Under Picture, upload a picture and it goes in every email of that version, where you place it. You can have up to 3.

Where a picture sits

Place it after or before a section, on the left, in the middle, on the right, full width, or as a banner at the very top above your logo. You can set its size and a page that opens when someone clicks it.

More than one picture makes a first email more likely to land in spam or Promotions.

A video

Mail apps cannot play a video inside an email, so your email shows a picture from the video with a play button. A click opens the video.
