How do I buy more leads before my plan renews?

Open Plan in the app and use Top up. You see the price per lead for your plan before you pay, and the leads land on your balance the moment the payment clears.

What to know about top-ups

A few rules apply.

• Top-ups come with a paid plan. On the free trial, pick a plan first and the top-ups appear.
• The price per lead depends on your plan, and it is lower on Pro and Scale than on Growth.
• Top-up leads never expire while you subscribe. If your plan ends, you can go on using them for 12 months from the day you bought them.

If you often run short

If you top up most months, compare the next plan up on Plan. A bigger plan gives you more leads for each pound than topping up on a smaller one.
