How do I change what an agent looks for?

Open the agent on Agents and go to What it looks for. There you can add or remove kinds of business, change where it looks, switch reasons on or off, set how new the companies are, and choose how it treats chains and groups. Or tell the assistant what to change, in your own words. Changes take effect within a minute.

Limits on one agent

Each agent has these limits, so a very wide search is split over more than one agent.

• Up to 20 kinds of business. Set up another agent for the rest.
• Up to 12 places.
• Up to 40 kinds of business left out.

Changing every agent at once

On an agent's page, the assistant can change This agent or Every agent. For example, tell it to find companies of any age on every agent, and it shows you one card for all of them.

Leads you already have

A change only affects what comes next. Leads already delivered stay yours and stay used, even if the agent would not find them now.
