Why does each kind of business get its own agent?
When you name several kinds of business, Leadistry sets up one agent for each. Each agent then has a clear name that says who it looks for and where, such as "Plumbers in Manchester", and you can see which kind of business replies most.
Categories
On Agents, your agents sit under category headings, such as Food and drink, with a count beside each. The category with the most agents comes first. Every kind of business and Other come last. With only one category, there is no heading.
How many agents you can have
One account can have up to 100 agents. At 100, delete one to make room for a new one.
Names
You can rename any agent from its menu. A name you choose is kept. You can go back to the automatic name at any time.
