How long does Leadistry keep personal data?

Company and contact records are kept for as long as the company remains active on the Companies House register, or until someone successfully objects through our removal routes.

• Removal and opt-out entries are kept indefinitely, so an objection is honoured in every future data refresh.
• Account data about customers, such as your sign-up email and billing records, is kept while your account is open and for up to 7 years after it closes, to meet UK record-keeping rules.
• Your chats with our AI assistants are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, or sooner if you close your account or ask us to delete your data.

After 7 years

When a closed account passes 7 years, we remove the identifying details that remain on it.
