What are my data protection rights, and how do I use them?

If your details appear in our records, UK GDPR gives you the right to:

• see the personal data we hold about you (access);
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• object to processing for direct marketing, which is an absolute right;
• restrict processing while we look into a request;
• receive a machine-readable copy of data you gave us (portability).

How to use them

There is no charge. We may need to confirm who you are before we answer a request about personal data.

• To remove a whole company: the form at /remove-company. No account is needed.
• To remove your own details, object, or ask for access: the form at /data-removal.
