What personal data does Leadistry hold about company directors and contacts?

We hold records about UK incorporated companies. Some of the details in them are about people.

• Company officers as recorded on the Companies House register: name, role, appointment date, nationality and stated occupation.
• From the company's own public website: the website address, a business email address and the company's social profiles.
• From public search engines and public professional profiles: a director's public LinkedIn profile address and, where a company publishes a named business contact, that person's name and business email address.

What we do not hold

We do not collect or hold special-category data. We do not profile or score individuals. The one score we keep describes how well a website matches a company, not any person.

Customers of Leadistry

If you have a Leadistry account, we also hold your account data, such as your sign-up email and billing records. The privacy notice sets out everything we hold about customers, including a connected mailbox and your chats with our assistants.
