Where does Leadistry's data come from?

Every Leadistry record is built from three public places. The first is the Companies House register, the government's record of UK companies. The second is the company's own website. The third is an ordinary web search, including public professional profiles such as a LinkedIn page.

We do not buy marketing lists, and we do not buy personal data from data brokers. We never log in to a social site to pull data.

What comes from each place

From Companies House: the company's name, number, registered office address, trade (SIC codes), date of incorporation, status and its officers as filed, such as a director's name and role.

From the company's own website: the website address, a business email address the company published, and its social profiles.

From web searches: help finding the company's website, the right named business contact, and a director's public LinkedIn profile where one is publicly available.

What we do not use

We do not collect special-category data (such as health or religion). We do not sell phone numbers. We never swap address books between customers or re-use anything a customer uploads.
