How do I choose the days and hours my emails go?
On the Mailbox page in Settings, open When emails go. Set the days, the start and end hours, and the most emails a day. Unless you change them, emails go Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time.

Each day's emails are spread through your sending hours, never sent all at once. Each mailbox has its own days, hours and daily limit.
Things to know
Pick at least one day, or nothing ever goes. The end hour has to come after the start.
