What happens to my leads when a company asks to be removed?

When a company or a person asks to be removed, they are taken out of every customer's account straight away: your Feed, your Leads, stored search results, browser extension saves and outreach lists. Any email to them that has not been sent yet is cancelled.

Your leads

A lead you paid for and never emailed is refunded when it leaves your account. A lead you already emailed keeps its charge. An email you already sent stays in your records as sent, without the person's name, address or words.

What you must do

Our terms say you must not try to recreate, re-source or reintroduce a removed record, or contact a removed or opted-out company or person by any other route.
