How do I disconnect my mailbox?
On the Mailbox page in Settings, press Disconnect beside the address and confirm. We delete our access to that mailbox straight away.
What happens to your emails
After you disconnect:
- Emails waiting to go move to another mailbox you have connected, or wait until you connect one
- Follow-ups to emails that mailbox already sent do not go, because a follow-up can only come from the mailbox that sent the first email
- New replies to those emails still reach your own inbox, but do not show on the Desk
Connecting again
Connecting the same address later is the same steps as the first time. You can also remove Leadistry in your Google or Microsoft account's own security settings.
