What happens when someone unsubscribes from my emails?

Every email you send says where the company's details came from and has a one-click way to stop. Anyone who uses it is never emailed from your account again, and any follow-ups to them do not go.

Checked before every send

Just before each email goes, first email or follow-up, we check again that the address has not unsubscribed or been removed. A follow-up is also checked for a reply. If any of these has happened, it does not go. On Leads it shows as Not sent: they unsubscribed.

When someone asks to be removed

Anyone can ask for their company to be removed with the form at leadistry.co.uk/remove-company, with no account needed. It is done within 24 hours and holds across everyone using Leadistry. If someone asks you directly, send them that link.
