How to automate a weekly lead pipeline

A pipeline that only fills when you remember to prospect is a chore, not a pipeline. This recipe sets up a Leadistry Pipeline: fresh verified leads found, emailed, chased and pushed to your CRM every week, without you opening the app. Your AI lead-gen employee can build the whole thing in a two-minute chat.

The recipe, step by step

  1. 1

    Build and save the search

Start with one search that defines your ideal prospect: SIC codes, region, incorporation window, any flags. Check the live preview, then save it and turn on the watch. From now on, only companies you have never seen come through. That is what makes the pipeline refill itself.

  2. 2

Open Pipelines and pick your door

In Pipelines, which every plan opens including the free trial, there are two doors. Let the AI build it: a two-minute chat where your AI lead-gen employee reads your website, asks two or three easy questions, then drafts the search and the emails for you. Or build it by hand on the canvas. Either way, everything starts as a draft.

  3. 3

    Chain enrich, verify and dedupe

Add the enrichment step so each company arrives with its verified website, business email and director name. Then add email verification and dedupe. Anything that fails verification refunds the credit. Dedupe means a company never enters your sequence twice, however many searches feed the pipeline.

  4. 4

Send, wait and branch on the reply

Connect your own Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox, then add a wait step and a reply branch. Interested replies go one way. Silence flows into a follow-up a few days later. Warm-up ramps sending from 5 a day, inside UK business hours. Drafts only. Nothing sends until you say so.

  5. 5

    Finish with a CRM webhook

End the pipeline with a webhook or Zapier step that pushes interested replies straight into your CRM as deals, complete with the company record and director contact. From then on the whole thing runs itself weekly. Your only manual job is answering the replies.

The insight

Why this works

Most lead generation dies of inconsistency. A burst of prospecting when the pipeline is empty, then nothing for six weeks while you deliver the work. A Pipeline removes the human bottleneck. A steady trickle of new, verified, never-contacted companies enters the sequence every week, however busy you are. Steady small volumes also keep sender reputation healthier than sudden blasts.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

What plan do I need for Pipelines?

Every plan builds Pipelines, including the free trial, and the trial sends its first 25 emails free from your own mailbox. Sending past those 25 needs a paid plan: Growth is £29 a month for 900 leads, Pro £69 for 2,400 and Scale £139 for 6,000, every lead with a verified website and email. Signals and webhook, Zapier and Slack delivery are on every plan. CSV export is on the paid plans.

Will the pipeline run out of companies?

It depends how tight your filters are, but the public record is deep: 5M+ UK companies tracked and roughly 50,000 new limited companies forming every month. If a narrow patch starts thinning out, widen the postcode area or add a nearby SIC code. You will only ever see companies that are new to you.

Can the pipeline talk to tools outside Leadistry?

Yes. Webhook and Zapier steps support round-trips. The pipeline can push a company out to your CRM, wait for your qualification step, and act on what comes back. Replies can also land in Slack, and any paid plan can export CSV at any point if you prefer to work the list elsewhere.
