Scenario

How to send UK leads to your CRM

A lead that lives in a spreadsheet is a lead that dies in a spreadsheet. Leadistry delivers every company record over webhook, Zapier or Slack on every plan, mapped to your CRM's fields and deduplicated at source. Pipelines round-trip the replies back in automatically too. Set it up once and stop copy-pasting forever.

Do this

The recipe, step by step

  1. 1

    Pick your delivery channel

Every plan, including the free trial, can deliver leads over a plain webhook, a Zapier trigger or a Slack channel. Webhook if you want raw JSON into your own middleware. Zapier if your CRM lives in its app directory. Slack if the team triages leads together.

  2. 2

    Map the lead fields once

A Leadistry lead carries a verified website, business email, director name, company and director LinkedIn, plus the full registry record: name, number, SIC, registered address, incorporation date, officers and status. Map each field to its CRM equivalent once, and every future lead lands pre-filled.

  3. 3

Let dedup keep the pipeline clean

Duplicate records are what make sales teams distrust a CRM. Leadistry dedupes at source. You only ever receive companies your account has never seen, so the same business cannot arrive twice. Use the company number as your CRM's unique key and duplicates stop being possible.

  4. 4

Let the watch feed the CRM

Turn on the watch and the CRM fills itself. Fresh, never-seen companies matching your filters arrive as they appear on the register. Failed enrichments refund in under 60 seconds, so empty records never cost you a credit.

  5. 5

    Round-trip replies with Pipelines

Pipelines closes the loop on every plan, and the trial's first 25 sends prove it works before you pay. It chains the watch, enrichment, email verification, dedupe and sending, then branches on the reply and fires a webhook or Zapier step back into your CRM. A prospect who replies gets a stage change and an owner without anyone retyping anything.

The insight

Why this works

Lead generation fails operationally more often than it fails commercially. Lists sit in spreadsheets. Duplicates poison reporting. Replies live in someone's inbox instead of the pipeline. Delivering leads straight into the CRM, deduplicated at source and keyed on the company number, removes every manual step where data usually dies. When the reply round-trips back automatically, the CRM finally shows what is actually happening.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Which CRMs does Leadistry integrate with?

Any CRM that accepts a webhook or has a Zapier app, which in practice covers the mainstream market. Leadistry sends a standard JSON payload per lead, so field mapping happens once in your Zap or endpoint. Slack delivery is also included on every plan for teams that triage before anything touches the CRM.

Do integrations cost extra or need a higher plan?

Webhook, Zapier and Slack delivery are included on every plan from the free trial upward, and so is the reply round-trip that pushes replies back into your CRM via Pipelines. Two things do need a paid plan: CSV export, and sending beyond the 25 free emails the trial gives you.

How does dedupe work if I already have companies in my CRM?

Leadistry's dedup is per account and forward-looking: it never redelivers a company you have already received from Leadistry. For companies that entered your CRM from other sources, match on the Companies House number included with every lead. It is the one identifier that never changes, unlike trading names, domains and addresses.
