Cold Email Outreach, Built Into Your UK Lead Tool

Cold email software for UK teams that lives in the same place you build the list. Connect a mailbox, build sequences, run A/B variants, warm up automatically, and read replies without a single CSV export.

Cold email software for UK businesses lets you send personalised, multi-step email sequences to a list of prospects from your own connected mailbox, then track opens, clicks and replies automatically. The difference with Leadistry is that the outreach engine lives in the same tool you build the list in, so a company you find on the Companies House register goes from search result to live campaign in one click, with no export, no re-import and no data going stale in between. Outreach is included on the Growth plan and up, from £25 a month.

Here is why running outreach where you build the list matters, and exactly what the engine does.

Why run cold email in the same place you build the list?

The standard UK workflow is a mess of moving parts. You pull a list from a data provider, clean it in a spreadsheet, run it through a verifier, upload the CSV to a separate cold-email tool, map the fields, hope nothing broke, and then start writing. Every one of those handoffs is a place for data to rot and for mistakes to creep in.

When the list and the outreach live together, that whole chain collapses:

  • Enrichment is already done. Every delivered lead arrives with a verified business email (extracted from the company's own website and MX-checked, shown with a verified tick), the director's name, company and director LinkedIn, and a 0-100 lead score. You are not exporting raw records to go and enrich them somewhere else.
  • No re-import lag. The gap between building a list and contacting it is where deliverability dies. A company you added last month may have changed its site or its email. Here the record you found is the record you send to.
  • Suppression is enforced end to end. Your do-not-contact list is checked at import and again at send time, so a director who asked to be removed cannot slip back in through a stale CSV.
  • Signals feed straight into campaigns. A new incorporation or an accounts-due trigger lands on your arrivals board, and one click drops that company into an outreach sequence.

If you are still exporting to a separate tool, you are paying for two products and stitching them together by hand. This does the join for you.

What is a cold email sequence?

A cold email sequence is an automated series of emails sent to a prospect over time until they reply or the sequence ends. Instead of one email that gets buried, you send a first message, then a follow-up a few days later, then another, each sent from your real mailbox during UK business hours. Most UK B2B replies come from the second or third touch, not the first, which is exactly why a sequence beats a single blast.

In Leadistry a campaign is built from multi-step sequences, and the whole thing runs against leads you have already found and enriched inside the same account.

How the outreach engine works

Setting up a campaign takes a few minutes:

1. Connect a mailbox. Link a Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox. You send from your own domain, not a shared IP, which is what keeps you out of spam folders. 2. Turn on warm-up. Automatic mailbox warm-up ramps your daily volume gradually rather than blasting from cold, so mailbox providers learn to trust the domain before real volume starts. 3. Build the sequence. Add steps and set the delays between them. You can save your own email templates alongside the curated starters and reuse them in the builder. 4. Add A/B variants. Write up to three variants per step. Each prospect is randomly assigned one lane, so you get a clean read on which subject line or opener actually wins. 5. Let AI draft it. The AI can read your website and draft a full brand-voice sequence for you, and generate a one-click lead brief so you know who you are writing to before you write a word. 6. Set the sending window. Sending is capped to UK business hours, so your emails land when people are at their desks, not at 3am. 7. Send and watch the inbox. A reply inbox classifies responses as they come in, bounces and unsubscribes are handled automatically, and open and click tracking runs in the background.

Deliverability is built in, not bolted on

Cold email only works if it arrives. Two things protect that:

  • Warm-up plus business-hours sending. The gradual daily ramp and the UK time window mean you send like a human, not a machine, which is what filters reward.
  • A live deliverability board. Growth plans and up include a live SPF, DKIM and DMARC deliverability board inside the analytics, so you can see whether your domain is set up to authenticate before you send at volume. If you want to check a domain before you commit, the free SPF/DKIM/DMARC checker does the same read with no signup, and the free email verifier confirms an address is deliverable.

Automatic bounce and unsubscribe handling closes the loop: a hard bounce or an opt-out stops that contact without you touching a thing, which keeps your bounce rate low and your sender reputation intact.

What you can measure

The Growth analytics give you campaign KPIs with deltas, an activity chart, a funnel, and a per-step A/B comparison so you can see which variant is pulling its weight. You also get lead-quality breakdowns, so you can tie replies back to the kind of company you targeted and refine the next search. Because the leads carry a 0-100 score, you can tell the difference between a quiet campaign and a poorly targeted list.

If you want the replies and new leads to flow into your own stack, outbound webhooks (Zapier, Make, anything) and Slack fire automatically on new delivered leads and on replies, on every plan.

A note on compliance

There are no phone numbers anywhere in Leadistry, on purpose, because UK PECR forbids unsolicited marketing calls to businesses on that basis. Cold email to a business address, by contrast, is run on a documented UK GDPR legitimate-interest basis with a completed ICO LIA. There is a public data-removal form honoured within 24 hours, plus director and company suppression lists enforced at import and at send. If you want the full picture, the UK B2B data GDPR compliance guide walks through the basis and the paperwork.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes cold email outreach?

The automated outreach engine, saved email templates and campaign analytics start on the Growth plan at £25 a month, which includes 200 leads and is the most popular plan. Enrichment, Signals and integrations are on every plan, including the Free Trial. You can see pricing for the full breakdown.

Do I send from my own email address?

Yes. You connect a Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox and send from your own domain, with automatic warm-up and UK business-hours sending windows. Sending from your real domain, rather than a shared provider IP, is what protects your deliverability.

Can I A/B test my emails?

Yes. You can write up to three variants per step, and each prospect is randomly assigned one lane. The analytics include a per-step A/B comparison so you can see which subject line or opening line actually gets more replies.

How is this different from a standalone cold email tool?

A standalone tool needs a list imported into it. Here the list is built, enriched and verified in the same product, so a company you find on the register goes straight into a campaign with one click, suppression is enforced end to end, and nothing goes stale in a CSV. You can start a free trial to build a list, or add the Chrome extension to identify a UK company and its director on any site you visit.
